The Sims 3 KOS-MOS Xenosaga Model

The Sims 3 Custom Content
KOS-MOS - XENOSAGA Model

Texturing kinda sucks as there are no good references.
So it's just trials and errors, and that is really-really sucks.

I'm not quite satisfied with the result too, especially those shiny thingy. i dunno why, even after i tried darker multiplier and specular, but it keeps getting me the same shiny objects.
It's really annoying!!!

Notes :
1. As usual hair is from ripped model
2. Fullbody (some new parts on the mesh, mostly textures)
3. Shoes
4. Makeup forehead
5. Enjoy

The Sims 3 Model - Tron-like Style

The Sims 3 Model - playing with lines
Tron-like Style

I just remember the tron movie, so i decided to make a textures like it. It's not the same, cause it will be boring :P
Playing with lines in photoshop, took about 4 hours :)). Thats's for body only.
As for the helmet, i was inspired by Total Recall movie (2013). And of course its not the same too.

And here it is...

Notes :
1. Body using naked - fullbody with morphed capability
2. Texture using body only, but it covered the foot, so you only have to pick bare foot.
3. Low poly helmet, with transparant front glass. I put it in the accessories. (Best use it with bold or short hair).
4. 4 colours templates both body and helmet
5. Enjoy

The Sims 3 - Saint Seiya - Tintin - Manchester United

The Sims 3 - Saint Seiya - Tintin - Manchester United

Gave up on hair, meshing's so  frustrating
Also, broken seams...GTH!

Anyway heres the file :

1. Saint Seiya (fullbody) - Separate Armor (accessories)

2. Saint Seiya (fullbody) - With Armor

Here's the models :
(no hair and head armor ... )

3. Tintin (teen model, top, bottom and socks)

(adding hair will be great...)

4. Manchester United (top, bottom and socks)

(multiplier on bottom kinda sucks, just a simple one)

Notes :
- Improvement : add morphing capabilities
- But still there are some gaps on seams
- i didn't use Normal map
- no auto smooth on Milkshape
- used mesh toolkit - Bone tools - Match bones at seams, still....

If somebody know how to fix the gaps, please let me know.

Edit :
Fix on seams. No more gaps on the neck and foot. But still can't find a way to fix the differences on skin tones.
it's not perfect but less annoying :P

TS3 Queen FF Type-0 Style

The Sims 3
Queen - Final Fantasy Type-0 Style

Heres the model :

TS3 Queen FFType-0 Style

Notes :
- I'm too lazy meshing hair, so i used hair from model rip FF Type-0 game. And when i imported it to 3DS Max, it got messy, but still quite ok :P (i wont bother fixing it, i'm too lazy now)
- Uniform using Fullbody (cape using neck bone, so it will only follow neck).
- You can find Shoulder's Armor in the Accessories (it is easier to give texture there, so much space).
- There are some gaps on the neck and foot. but almost invisible.
I think it's from the normal map. (Before using normal map, it was  perfect. I'm just too lazy to repack the packages)

OK then, that's it! looking for other ideas now...

"meshing" the sims 3 - Erza Scarlet Fairytail model

First model test :
This is my first time on TS3 models, so bear with me

"Erza Scarlet of Fairytail"

1. With Katana

2. No Katana (texture only)

Need to do :
1. Hair model sucks! Need to fix/change the used of planar
(one side only) - also need hair color control
2. Top need re-texturing
3. Bottom quite satisfied so far.
i dont think it will work on morph though, i only work on base group (the katanas always messed up when morphing). But then again, i guess thats normal, because of the bones thingy)

Thats it. If you like it you can download the "packages" here :

Erza Scarlet Style

Do whatever you want with this model, i made all textures and new meshes(hair and katana) by my self. If you found a way to fix those models, just let me know. let me compare things.

History :
1. Playing the game of course :)
2. Interested on making custom models/objects
3. Playing with TSR Workshop
4. Retexturing some objects with Photoshop
5. Making objects from scratch with 3DS Max
6. Learning basic Milkshape and some modding tools
7. Hardest part was "there's always a gap on human models" (neck, waist, leg etc)
not very sure but i finally found a solution.
